I was lucky enough to celebrate with The Ivy Edinburgh for their second birthday last night!
We were treated to a three course meal with the most gorgeous candy floss cocktails which were to die for. The Ivy is on the corner of St Andrew Square in the centre of Edinburgh and has the most beautiful interior and staff.
Oatmeal-rolled Lathallan haggis bon bon canapés & candy floss fizz.
Starter: Steak tartare with Laphraoig.
Main: Roast fillet of Scottish salmon, champagne and caper cream sauce.
Dessert: Cotton cloud candy with ruby chocolate, rose petals, blood orange, candy floss and lemon balm.
