Latitude festival 2018

17 July 2018

I do apologise for the severe lack of colourful images of me in front of a Ferris wheel with braids and glitter in my hair, the truth is these are the only images I have from our weekend at latitude festival and we were simply having too much fun to take more.

"Content creation" may have been the only reason we were at the festival in the first place but we couldn't waste anytime not enjoying every aspect of the festival. I can't claim to be a festival expert, I've been to a few day festivals, and two overnight proper ones but Latitude was honestly such an amazing festival we genuinely didn't want to leave. The line up was spectacular, with huge acts like Alt J, The Killers, The Vaccines and Solange, and comedy acts of the likes of Harry Hill, Dylan Moran and David O Doherty. Thats not all, the festival was huge and had a crazy amount of choice when it came to food, fashion and beauty stalls. It even had free gondola rides around the festival, as well as lake swimming and free showers (to our delight). We were allowed to bring a reasonable amount of alcohol in with us and when in the arena the booze wasn't too pricy and you could save £2 per drink by recycling your cup.

We also were lucky enough to be taken backstage with Aussie and we got to see Jeremy Loops with the best seats in the house!
We met some amazing people, of all ages and from all over the UK and we're still saying to each other that we wish we were back there.
Till next year Latitude!
